The location is very convenient if you want to visit Zion and Bryce national park. Apart from that, nothing!

Unfortunately pretty much everything :-( We had many Motels, New Western was the worst by far! They try to save money wherever they can. Most facilities don't work (hair dryer, fan in bathroom). The Jacuzzi they promote so much is cold which was very disappointing! Breakfast is average, the room is too small to fit all people. For what you get, the price is just outrageous. Staff is very unmotivated to change anything (or smile for once...). Really can't recommend this Motel, even if you are just looking for a night to crash.

Was dirty and bare minimum on imnenities. Staff was not friendly and did not inform or talk about anything when checking in.

Location - this motel is close to Bryce Canyon National Park

The door leaked cold air, the window curtains had holes in them, the towels were the cheapest possible, and the staff seemed surly - we asked for a package of coffee because none had been provided - the attendant made a face, giving us just enough for one cup. Otherwise, the room was clean, the facilities functioned, and the bed was comfortable.

It was the closest we could get to Bryce Canyon which was 20 miles away.

This motel was not kept up well. Sink faucets broken; not very clean in general and quite expensive for that condition. However, this is a very busy area, so you don't have a lot of choice if you don't book months in advance.

It was a terrible experience, from rude manager/host to the absence of coffee or hot water in the morning and a reek of burned toast. It is way too expensive at $99 (I take back my check beside budget hikers) The mattress was dusty and the towels threadbare. I would recommend you drop this place from your list of options.

    Exceptional

The room was clean, everything worked, tv in the bedroom, great mattress, quiet, easy outside access for smoking.

    Superb

Great rooms, nice and clean and roomy. Quite close to Bryce canyon (~45min).

    Close to Bryce Canyon

No fridge! Unpleasing scent in-room throughout my stay. Confirmed price overcharged! Business center 15 min charge 2 bucks (rediculous). Hairdryer broken at arrival, never repaired nor replaced! Housekeeping in speed of light. A collection of hairs (not mine!) have been found (walls + towels). Coffee pads not replaced.

The clerk put everyone that checked in that night right next to each other with the whole damn place vacant.

The pool and the hot rob did not work this is why we choose to stay there so verry disappointing.

    Good

The outdoor appearance. There are no reasonable restaurant near the hotel.

It was available, and clean enough to tolerate.

Water damage in the bathroom ceiling-tiles were sagging. Bathroom hinges were coming off. Staff was abrupt, rude and appeared to be completely hating his job. No smile, no greeting, no personality. You may want to consider taking this hotel off your list

Good location for where we wanted to visit

Staff were totally disinterested in their customers. Our reception was one of the poorest we have encountered in any country with a miserable and reluctant member of staff who treated our arrival was a bit of a nuisance. We would not recommend this motel at any price. Suggest you remove this motel from your books.

    Very good

The cleanliness of the bed sheets and the room overall. There was no bad smell upon entering the room as compared to other Motel within the same- same price range.

    There was no pool.
